Toxic Job Recovery Accelerator

90 days of personalized toxic job recovery, workplace strategy, and career coaching to help you navigate where you are now and intentionally build what comes next.

You've reached the point where you know something has to change.

Maybe that's how you navigate the job you're in. Maybe it's how much of yourself you're willing to give it. Maybe it's the job itself. Or maybe you've already left and you're trying to figure out who you are and what you want now.

You don't need someone to tell you what to do.

You need someone who can help you see your situation clearly, understand your options, rebuild trust in yourself, and make strategic decisions about your recovery, career, and future.

That's what we'll do together.

Investment: $3,000 (payment plans available)

Recovery doesn't happen separately from the rest of your life.

A toxic job can leave you trying to solve several problems at the same time.

You may be working on rebuilding your confidence while still reporting to the person who destroyed it. Trying to regulate your nervous system while deciding whether you can stay another six months. Looking for another job while questioning your own judgment. Interviewing for new opportunities while trying to make sure you don't end up in the same situation again.

Or maybe you've already left and have no intention of changing jobs again. What you need now is help understanding what happened, changing the patterns you developed to survive it, and deciding how you want to move forward.

There isn't one right path through toxic job recovery because there isn't one version of what comes next.

That's why the Accelerator isn't a rigid coaching program with a predetermined agenda.

For 90 days, we look at the whole picture. Your recovery. Your career. The decisions in front of you. And the patterns that may be making those decisions harder than they need to be.

My role isn't to tell you whether to stay, leave, confront your boss, change careers, take another job, or walk away from work entirely.

My role is to help you see your situation clearly, understand your options, recognize what is and isn't within your control, and make strategic decisions you trust.

Because taking your power back isn't about someone else deciding what's best for you.

It's about getting back to a place where you can decide for yourself.

I understand this from both sides.

I understand what toxic work can do to you because I've lived it.

But I also understand how workplaces, hiring, and careers actually work.

I've spent years in Human Resources, corporate leadership, recruiting, and coaching hundreds of professionals through career transitions and workplace challenges.

I've helped people clarify their career direction, navigate job searches, rewrite resumes and LinkedIn profiles, prepare for interviews, evaluate opportunities, and negotiate offers.

So when we're working together, we're not looking at your recovery and your career as two separate problems.

I can help you understand what happened and what it's doing to you, while also helping you think strategically about where you are, what your options are, and how to get where you want to go next.

Because recovering from what happened matters. But so does building what comes next.

Support across your recovery, workplace, and career

Toxic Job Recovery Accelerator gives us the flexibility to work on what matters most at that point in your experience. We aren't following a rigid coaching curriculum or trying to fit every situation into the same process. You have access to my experience across toxic job recovery, workplace systems, HR, career development, and professional coaching throughout our 90 days together.

Toxic Job Recovery
We can work through the Toxic Job Recovery Framework together, including the impact the experience has had on your relationship with your body, yourself, other people, and work. You'll also receive lifetime access to the complete Toxic Job Recovery Program and all of the tools and resources inside it.

Workplace Strategy & Navigation
When situations happen at work, we can think through them together. This can include difficult conversations, workplace communication, documentation, boundaries, navigating HR, understanding organizational dynamics, and deciding how you want to respond based on the situation and what matters to you.

Exit & Career Strategy
If and when you're ready to leave, I can help you build a thoughtful exit strategy and prepare for what comes next. This can include resume and LinkedIn support, job search strategy, interview preparation, evaluating opportunities, and offer negotiation.

Transition Support
Getting another job doesn't automatically erase what happened at the last one. If you transition into a new role during our work together, we can focus on how you want to enter that workplace differently, what you want to pay attention to, and how you want to approach work moving forward.

"Not fragile like a flower, fragile like a bomb"

~ Ruth Bader Ginsburg

Fragile Like a Bomb is the opposite of being fragile like a flower. A flower needs to be handled carefully because it can easily be damaged. A bomb requires careful handling because of the power it holds.

That distinction changed the way I thought about recovery, and myself.

Today, I trust myself differently. I listen to my body. I know my boundaries and what I am willing to tolerate. I understand workplace systems without giving them more power over my life than they deserve. I can navigate difficult situations without immediately abandoning myself to keep everyone else comfortable.

That is the energy behind the work I do. You can go through something that changes you and come out of it knowing yourself, protecting yourself, and being much more intentional about who and what gets access to you.

Toxic Job Recovery Accelerator is about helping you navigate what is happening now while we also work toward that bigger goal: getting to the other side with more power over what happens next.

Who is this for?

Toxic Job Recovery Accelerator is designed for people who want an advisor in their corner who understands both workplace systems and toxic job recovery

This engagement may be a good fit if you are currently dealing with a toxic workplace or navigating the aftermath of one, and what you need extends beyond working through the recovery framework on your own.

You may still be working in the environment and need help thinking strategically about how to navigate it while protecting your career and income. You may know you want to leave but need support figuring out when and how to do it. Or you may be somewhere in the transition and want one person who can support your recovery while also helping you make decisions about your career and what comes next.

Accelerator is best suited for someone who wants consistent, personalized support over 90 days and sees value in having access to someone who already understands their situation when something changes or a new decision needs to be made.

Frequently asked questions

Do I need to have left my toxic job?

No. The Accelerator is designed to meet you where you are.

You may still be navigating the toxic workplace, preparing to leave, actively job searching, already in a new role, or focused entirely on recovery.

Your employment status doesn't determine whether you're ready for this work. What matters is that you're ready to focus on what you can control and take an active role in what happens next.

Do I need to be job searching?

No. Career strategy is available when you need it, but it doesn't have to be part of our work together.

Your 90 days are built around your situation. We may spend most of our time on recovery. We may work on navigating your current workplace. Your circumstances may change halfway through and career strategy suddenly becomes important.

The point isn't to fit you into a predetermined process. The strategy adapts as your needs change.

What can we work on together?

Our work can include toxic job recovery, navigating your current workplace, difficult conversations and boundaries, career direction, job-search strategy, resume and LinkedIn positioning, interview preparation, evaluating opportunities, offer negotiation, and adjusting to a new workplace.

We won't necessarily work on all of those things. We'll identify what matters most for you and use our time accordingly.

How does the Accelerator differ from the Toxic Job Recovery Program?

The Program gives you my complete Toxic Job Recovery Framework to work through independently.

The Accelerator combines that framework with personalized strategic advising. Instead of trying to determine how the framework applies to your particular workplace, recovery or career decisions on your own, we work through those questions together.

The framework is the same. The strategy is yours.

How often will we meet?

We'll meet privately each week during your 90-day engagement. These sessions are designed around what's most important at that point in your recovery, workplace or career rather than following a predetermined coaching agenda.

You'll also have between-session access to me when something comes up that shouldn't have to wait until our next scheduled conversation.

What does between-session support look like?

Sometimes the question you need help with happens on Tuesday and our next session isn't until Friday.

You may receive an email from your boss you're unsure how to respond to, get invited to an interview, find a role you want my perspective on, need another set of eyes on something, or simply find yourself second-guessing a decision we discussed.

Between-session support gives you a way to reach out in those moments. I'd put your specific communication channel and response-time boundaries here once you've decided exactly what they are.

Does career support include my resume and LinkedIn profile?

Yes, when career transition is part of your strategy, we can work on your resume, LinkedIn positioning, job-search strategy, interview preparation and other career materials as part of our advisory work.

The Accelerator includes strategy, feedback and review. Full done-for-you resume or LinkedIn rewrites are not included and may be available separately.

Is this therapy?

No. The Accelerator is a coaching and strategic advisory service, not therapy or mental health treatment.

Our work may include understanding the impact your workplace experience has had on you and applying the Toxic Job Recovery Framework, but it does not diagnose or treat mental health conditions and is not a substitute for care from a licensed mental health professional.

Do you provide legal or employment advice?

No. I can help you think strategically about workplace dynamics, HR processes, communication and the options available to you based on my professional experience, but I am not acting as your attorney and do not provide legal advice or representation.

When your situation requires legal guidance, I may recommend speaking with a qualified employment attorney.
