Hi, I'm Katie

I help high-capacity professionals stop absorbing the emotions, urgency, and dysfunction of others so they have more time and energy for their body, relationships, and life outside of work.

I am a certified trauma-informed career and leadership coach with a background in HR and direct experience inside complex workplace systems.

I created this program for high performing employees who are holding it together publicly while absorbing too much privately.

I have sat in leadership meetings.
I have worked on hostile work environment claims.
I understand how systems protect the wrong people and how responsibility often falls on the most capable ones.
